Ingredients
2 tablespoons Terra Medi olive oil
3/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup Terra Medi red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1/4 cup water
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh basil to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Then, reduce heat to a simmer and let the sauce continue to cook for 15-20 minutes and serve
